2.  Complete, and mail to the Pitt County Board of Elections,  201 E. 2nd St., Greenville, NC 27858 (Pitt.boe@ncmail.net) or  your county's Board of Elections.

In case you can't download the forms above, North Carolina has mail-in voter registration forms available through the DMV, public libraries and high schools.

In addition, the following agencies assist applicants or clients with voter registration: Work First, Women, Infants and Children (WIC), Food Stamps, Medicaid, Services for the Blind, Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities andSubstance Abuse Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, Governor's Advocacy Council for Persons with Disabilities, Employment Security Commission.
